The Beginning
While living in New York City, Trevor and Victoria met through a mutual friend.
“Trevor is the most loyal person I’ve ever known,” said Victoria.
“Victoria’s kindness, selflessness and thoughtfulness are the cornerstones of her character,” said Trevor.
PROPOSAL
Trevor proposed to Victoria while they watched the sunrise on the rooftop of their apartment building in New York City. “It was the most beautiful and intimate moment of our lives,” said Victoria.
VENUE
Trevor and Victoria were married at Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida on November 18, 2023.
THEME
“The vibe of our wedding was elevated and fun,” Victoria said. “We wanted our wedding to be elegant but not stuffy.”
The couple’s colors were lavender and dark blue. For a pastel contrast, peach flowers were added to the color scheme.
The preferred wedding attire was black tie.
Stunning and Brilliant Events was the couple’s wedding coordinator.
ATTIRE
Bride
Victoria wore a sleek ballgown with a geometric architectural top. The designer was Suzanne Neville. The gown was purchased at Wedding Atelier in New York.
She was adorned with a diamond tennis bracelet.
Something borrowed: Earrings from Victoria’s sister and a veil from her best friend.
Something blue: Dresses worn by a group of Victoria’s close friends.
Something old: Pins attached to Victoria’s bouquet in memory of her deceased grandparents.
Trevor also had something old. His boutonniere was wrapped with the lace from his mother’s wedding dress.
Bouquets
“I wanted my bouquet to be fun,” said Victoria. “I picked pastel colors.” “My florist, Dalsimer Atlas, did an incredible job bringing my bouquet vision to life.” The bridesmaids’ bouquets were smaller versions of pastel flowers.
Bridesmaids
The bridesmaids’ dresses were black. They were from Revelry. “My 3 maids of honor wore the velvet black dresses in different styles,” said Victoria.
Groom/Groomsmen
The groom and groomsmen wore black tuxedoes.
Trevor wore a pocket boutonniere made of peach flowers. Groomsmens’ boutonnieres were ocean song roses.
FIRST LOOK
Victoria dressed in her childhood home. She shared a first look with her dad in their formal living room. “It was a special moment for us,” said Victoria. “He gave me a tennis bracelet to celebrate my wedding day.”
CEREMONY
Trevor and Victoria’s ceremony was held in the gazebo of Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. “My older sister, Elizabeth Crevier, officiated our wedding,” said Victoria. “She did a great job of personalizing the ceremony.” “She was pregnant with our nephew.” “It brings me joy knowing he was a part of our day.” “We broke a glass to end the ceremony before our first kiss.”
Music
The processional song was “First Date” by Blink-182. Victoria’s dad escorted her down the aisle to “Invisible String” by Taylor Swift. The recessional music was “Got My Mind Set on You” by George Harrison.
Special Guest
“Our dog Kennedy was our special guest,” said Victoria. “She walked down the aisle and made everyone smile.”
COCKTAIL HOUR
The cocktail hour was held on the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club patio. The sunset during the cocktail hour was majestic.
“Our guests enjoyed boozy prosecco drinks with popsicles during the cocktail hour,” said Victoria. “The popsicle sticks had our dog’s face on them.” “They were a fun treat made of strawberries and frozen champagne our guests thoroughly enjoyed.”
The hors d’oeuvre menu included bang bang shrimp with sriracha aioli, tomato mozzarella skewers with balsamic glaze, Maryland-styled jumbo lump crab with lemon dijon aioli and rosemary herb-crusted baby lamb chops.
RECEPTION
The reception was held in the main ballroom of the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club.
First Dances
Trevor and Victoria’s first dance song was “Anyone” by Justin Bieber. Trevor and his mother danced to “In My Life” by The Beatles. Father and daughter danced to the lyrics of “Little Bird” by Jonas Brothers. After the special dances, guests were invited back to the dance floor to the music “Real Real Gone” by Van Morrison.
Guest Book
“My brother is a photographer,” said Victoria. “We used some of his film pictures to create a photography guest book of us throughout the years.”
Menu
The reception menu included an autumn salad. Filet mignon is served with sweet potato mash-charred asparagus or red snapper franchise and lemon caper butter sauce.
Cake
The 3-tier wedding cake was chocolate. It had a cannoli filling and white buttercream frosting.
Karaoke
“Our band invited us to the stage,” Victoria said. “We had the rockstar moment of our dreams.” “I loved looking out over the stage and seeing our closest friends having the time of their lives.”
Exit
“We ended the night with a bubble exit,” said Victoria.
ADVICE
“Enjoy the ride, said Victoria. “ It will all work out.”
